Custom Software

Software Shaped Around Your Operation

CRM, ERP, customer portals, and internal tools built around how your business actually works — instead of forcing your team to work the way an off-the-shelf product assumes they do.

What We Do

Built for the Way You Already Work

Most businesses do not need more software. They need the software they have to stop creating work — the spreadsheet that shadows the CRM, the data re-keyed between two systems, the report someone rebuilds by hand every Monday.

We build the systems that run your operation: customer and sales tools, internal admin, reporting, and the integrations that connect them to what you already use. The design starts from your process, not from a template.

Fixed-price milestones, a working demo every two weeks, and full source code and IP ownership transferred to you. If an off-the-shelf product would genuinely serve you better, we will say so.

What We Build

Systems That Run the Business

Custom CRM

Pipelines, contacts, and follow-ups modelled on how your team actually sells — not a generic funnel you have to bend to fit.

ERP & Operations

Inventory, orders, production, and procurement in one system, with the reporting your managers currently rebuild by hand.

Customer Portals

Self-service accounts where customers check status, download documents, and raise requests — cutting inbound support volume.

Internal Tools

Admin panels, approval flows, and back-office screens that replace the spreadsheets your operation quietly depends on.

System Integrations

Connecting accounting, payments, messaging, and storage so the same data stops being entered twice.

Workflow Automation

Rules, triggers, and scheduled jobs that remove the manual handoffs between steps in a process.

How We Do It

Our Custom Software Process

01

Process Discovery

We sit with the people doing the work and map what actually happens, including the workarounds.

02

Architecture & Design

Data model, integration points, and clickable screens agreed before any build begins.

03

Build & Demo

Two-week sprints, each ending in working software you can use and react to.

04

Migrate & Launch

Data moved from your existing tools, team trained, then a staged cutover.

Why iFusion

Why Choose Us for Custom Software

We Map Before We Build

Discovery happens with your operators, not just your managers. The workarounds people have invented are usually the requirements.

Integration-First

We assume your new system has to live alongside accounting, payments, and messaging tools you are not replacing.

You Own It Outright

Source code, schemas, and IP transfer to you in writing. No licence fees, no lock-in, no per-seat charge.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

When is custom software worth it over off-the-shelf?

When the off-the-shelf tool forces you to change how your business works rather than supporting it. The usual signals are: your team maintains spreadsheets alongside the software to cover what it cannot do, you are paying per-seat for features nobody uses, the same data is re-entered into two or more systems, or a competitive advantage in your process cannot be expressed in the tool at all. If a standard product covers 90 percent of your need, we will tell you to buy it and we will integrate around the gaps instead. Custom software earns its cost when the remaining 10 percent is where your margin lives.

Can you integrate with the systems we already use?

Yes, and in most projects that is the larger half of the work. We integrate with accounting systems such as Tally, QuickBooks, and Xero; payment gateways including Stripe, Razorpay, and PayU; communication channels such as WhatsApp Cloud API, Twilio, and email providers; and storage and identity services across AWS, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365. Where a system has no API we work with scheduled file exchange, database-level integration, or a small adapter service. We audit every integration point during discovery and confirm what is genuinely possible before it appears in a quote.

Do we own the source code?

Yes. On final payment for each milestone, all source code, database schemas, designs, and intellectual property transfer to you in writing. We hand over the repository, infrastructure accounts, deployment documentation, and a walkthrough for whoever maintains it next. There is no licence fee, no per-seat charge, and no dependency on us continuing the relationship. We are happy to sign your NDA and master services agreement before discovery begins.

What happens if our requirements change mid-project?

They usually do, and the process accounts for it. We work in two-week sprints with a demo of working software at the end of each one, which is where most change requests surface. Small adjustments within the agreed scope are absorbed. Anything that materially changes scope is quoted as a written change order before work starts, so you decide whether it is worth the time and cost rather than discovering it on an invoice. Because milestones are fixed-price rather than hourly, you are never billed for our estimation error.

Will you maintain the software after launch?

Every project includes a warranty period after launch during which defects are fixed at no cost. Beyond that we offer ongoing support retainers covering monitoring, security patching, dependency updates, infrastructure management, and continued feature development. Because you own the code outright, you are also free to take maintenance in-house or to another vendor at any point — the handover documentation is written on the assumption that someone else may pick it up.
